At GSX Sports — Global Sports Experience ("we", "GSX") we take the privacy of the players, families and clubs who reach out to us seriously. This document describes what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is GSX — Global Sports Experience (operated through GSX LLC, Wyoming, USA — in formation), contactable at contact@gsxmanagement.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact data: first name, last name, email, country of origin, role (player / family / club).
- Form information: age, athletic level, target year, additional context you choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, pages visited (via anonymized analytics).
3. Why we use your data
- Respond to your discovery call or consultation request.
- Send you the Cal.com link to schedule a conversation with the right co-founder.
- Improve the website experience (aggregated and anonymized analytics).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the contact form, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to you and providing the requested service.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share with the following processors strictly necessary to provide the service:
- Web3Forms (contact form processing).
- Cal.com (call scheduling, when applicable).
- Cloudflare (hosting and CDN).
- Google Analytics (anonymized web analytics).
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — loaded only if you accept marketing cookies — to measure our advertising campaigns.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the site's operation and, only with your consent, marketing cookies (the Meta/Facebook Pixel) to measure our advertising. 8. Minors
Many of the players we work with are minors. In those cases, the data is provided and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who acts on the minor's behalf. We process a minor's data only with that consent and solely to provide the service.
9. International transfers
GSX operates through GSX LLC (United States). Some providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Meta) may process data outside your country, including in the USA, applying appropriate safeguards. By using the service you are informed of this.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be notified to active account users.
